Terms of Service
These draft terms describe the intended rules for using Locaplex. They must be reviewed and approved before they are treated as final terms.
The service
Locaplex provides tools for local SEO operations, including business-profile connections, review workflows, rankings, citations, audits, surveys, content, media, and AI-assisted features. Features may change as the product develops. Any paid plan, usage limit, or separate order will be communicated before a charge is made.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and use the service only if you have authority to act for the businesses, accounts, and locations you connect. Account owners are responsible for invitations, roles, user activity, and promptly removing access that is no longer authorized.
Acceptable use
Do not use Locaplex to break the law, violate another person's rights, send spam, publish deceptive or harmful material, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage controls, probe another tenant's data, introduce malicious code, or access third-party systems without permission. Automated use must respect documented interfaces and provider rules.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant Locaplex the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that material to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights, notices, and lawful basis needed for reviews, survey content, responses, media, and other submitted data.
AI and third-party services
Google, DataForSEO, email, monitoring, hosting, and AI services have their own terms and availability. You must follow the terms that apply to connected accounts. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable; it must be reviewed by a person before publication or operational use. Locaplex does not guarantee rankings, reviews, revenue, or other business outcomes.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate the service reliably, but maintenance, provider outages, security events, and product changes may interrupt access. Features may be added, modified, limited, or retired. Material changes that affect active users should be communicated through the service or by email where practical.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, address non-payment under an agreed paid plan, or investigate a serious breach of these terms. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Users remain responsible for business decisions, published content, connected accounts, and compliance with platform rules and law. Final warranty, liability, governing-law, and dispute terms are pending legal review; mandatory rights are not excluded by this draft.
Changes and contact
The final terms should state their effective date and explain how material updates will be notified. Continued use after an effective update may signify acceptance where law permits. Questions about these draft terms can be sent to admin@otospex.com.
